NASH HOME DESIGNS
Terms and Conditions
This page summarizes the terms for using the NASH HOME DESIGNS website, purchasing house plans, requesting modifications, accepting custom quotes, and using licensed plan files for construction.
Last updated: May 2026
1. Overview And Acceptance
By using this website, purchasing a plan, accepting a quote, submitting a request, downloading files, or using NASH HOME DESIGNS materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If a separate written agreement or custom quote expressly applies to a specific project, that written agreement controls for that project to the extent it conflicts with these general terms.
2. Ownership And Intellectual Property
NASH HOME DESIGNS retains ownership of its plan designs, drawings, files, images, renderings, text, product listings, canvas tools, quote records, and related materials. A purchase grants limited use rights for the purchased plan or service. It does not transfer ownership of the design or grant permission to resell, share, publish, distribute, copy, sublicense, or reuse the plan outside the purchased license.
House plans, technical drawings, and architectural designs may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Modified drawings, marked-up files, or customer-requested revisions do not remove or replace the original NASH HOME DESIGNS ownership or license requirements.
3. Website Use And Accounts
Customers are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for making sure account, billing, contact, and project information is accurate. NASH HOME DESIGNS may use customer account records, order records, license records, build registrations, quote history, and written communications to confirm permissions and provide support.
- Do not attempt to access another customer's account, license records, files, or private links.
- Do not interfere with website operation, checkout, quote links, license records, or admin tools.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful content through forms, uploads, canvas markups, or quote responses.
4. Product Information, Orders, And Payment
Product pages may include plan images, square footage, dimensions, bedrooms, bathrooms, foundation notes, style descriptions, highlights, license information, and other details. These details are provided to help customers evaluate a plan, but customers should verify that a plan is suitable for their site, jurisdiction, budget, construction method, and local requirements before building.
Orders are processed through the secure website checkout and order system. Pricing, availability, plan details, license settings, and product visibility may be updated as the catalog changes. If an obvious pricing, description, or technical error occurs, NASH HOME DESIGNS may correct the error and contact the customer about the next appropriate step.
5. Digital Delivery And File Access
Plan files and license-related materials may be delivered digitally through the customer's account, order record, email, dashboard, or another approved delivery method. Customer PDF downloads may include license stamps, verification links, QR codes, order references, or other ownership and traceability marks. Customers are responsible for downloading, saving, and protecting purchased files. Digital access may be limited, updated, or reissued when needed for security, technical, licensing, or support reasons.
6. Refunds, Cancellations, And Digital Products
Because house plans, license rights, digital files, custom quotes, and modification work may involve immediate access to protected design materials or project-specific labor, refunds and cancellations are reviewed based on the product or service purchased, whether files have been delivered, whether work has started, and whether a separate written quote or agreement applies.
Approved refunds, partial refunds, credits, or cancellations must be confirmed by NASH HOME DESIGNS in writing. Purchase of a plan or quote does not create a right to unlimited revisions, additional builds, subdivision use, or transfer of design rights.
7. License Types And Use Rights
- Single-Build License
- Permission for one residential structure built from the purchased plan by the purchasing customer.
- Multi-Build License
- Permission to build the purchased plan more than once, up to the recorded build limit shown in the customer license dashboard.
- Subdivision License
- Permission for a specific subdivision, development, neighborhood, or project, subject to the recorded build or lot limit and the approved registered location.
- Renewals And Add-Ons
- Renewals, additional builds, and upgrades modify an existing eligible license. They do not create permission to use unrelated plans or transfer rights to another project.
8. License Records And Build Location Registration
The customer dashboard, license certificate, order record, build registrations, admin approvals, quote records, and related emails help document the current license status. Multi-build and subdivision/development use should be documented in the customer dashboard. Each build location, subdivision, development, or lot group should be submitted for review. Approved or completed registrations may count against the recorded build limit for the license.
If a license record appears incorrect, contact NASH HOME DESIGNS before relying on it for additional use.
9. Restrictions
- Do not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute plan files.
- Do not use one plan purchase for more builds than the license allows.
- Do not transfer the plan or license to another customer, builder, developer, subdivision, or unrelated project without written approval from NASH HOME DESIGNS.
- Do not use modified drawings to avoid the original plan license or expand usage rights.
- Do not remove copyright, license, title block, QR code, watermark, verification link, or ownership notices from NASH HOME DESIGNS materials unless written approval is provided.
10. Plan Modifications And Custom Quotes
Plan modification work changes drawings or design scope. It does not automatically expand the right to build the plan more than once. Additional build permissions, builder use, subdivision use, or extended license terms must be purchased or approved separately when applicable.
Customers may submit modification notes, supporting files, canvas markups, and sketch notes for review. NASH HOME DESIGNS may respond with a quote, request clarification, decline a request, or recommend a different path. A quote may include written scope, price, expiration date, quote number, revision history, and checkout link. Accepted quotes are handled through checkout and become part of the project record.
11. Customer Uploads, Sketches, And Reference Materials
By uploading files, images, sketches, PDFs, notes, canvas markups, or reference materials, the customer confirms they have the right to provide those materials to NASH HOME DESIGNS for review and project communication. Customer-provided materials may be stored with the request record and used to evaluate, quote, or perform requested services.
12. Code, Site, Engineering, And Construction Responsibility
Plan files may require review or adaptation for local codes, permitting, engineering, site conditions, climate, soils, foundation requirements, and contractor practices. The customer, builder, owner, and local professionals are responsible for confirming suitability before construction.
NASH HOME DESIGNS plan files are not a substitute for local code review, engineering review, survey work, site planning, contractor estimating, zoning review, permitting review, or professional advice required by a specific jurisdiction or project.
13. Communication And Written Records
NASH HOME DESIGNS prefers written communication through website forms, email, request records, quote records, order notes, and dashboard records. Written communication helps keep project scope, license status, quote decisions, and customer approvals documented.
14. Privacy And Data
Information submitted through the website may be used to process orders, manage customer accounts, maintain license records, review build registrations, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, provide support, and document project communication. Customers should not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request, order, license, or project.
15. Availability, Errors, And Updates
NASH HOME DESIGNS may update website content, products, pricing, plan details, license options, terms, workflows, and support processes from time to time. Temporary interruptions, errors, or outdated information may occur. NASH HOME DESIGNS may correct mistakes and update these Terms and Conditions as the website and services evolve.
16. Questions About These Terms
For questions about an order, plan license, modification quote, build registration, subdivision use, or these Terms and Conditions, contact NASH HOME DESIGNS in writing so the request can be reviewed and documented.
